Hip Roof Pavilion
Pavilions offer great sun and rain protection on your existing deck, concrete patio or over your hot tub. Standard designs come in smooth planed white pine lumber. Includes 4 – 6”x6”x7′ high posts that fasten to your existing patio or deck. The roof has a 12″ overhang on all 4 sides.
An optional wood or cement floor can be added when installing in the grass.
Pavilions are installed free standing only. They are not designed to be attached to your house.
Stain is not included but highly suggested to do before the project is delivered and installed. (it’s way easier to do it in the shop in pieces).
Timber Frame Pavilion
Timber Framed pavilions offer great sun and rain protection on your existing deck, concrete patio or installed on concrete piers like in this photo. Standard designs come in rough sawn white pine lumber. Includes 4 – 8”x8” posts, 2x6 rafters and 1x12 pine roof boards. Your choice of either asphalt shingles or optional steel roofing. Available in sizes up to 16’ in length.
An optional cement base can be poured when installing in the grass.
Pavilions are installed free standing only. They are not designed to be attached to your house.
This design makes the perfect outdoor meeting place or classroom.
Please allow lots of lead time when considering one of these structures. This wood needs to be ordered and custom cut.

These Mailbox shelters can be custom designed to fit your specific requirements. Very solid built with 6x6 pine timber construction.

We can add wall sections for added protection.

We do not get building permits for these structures. 10’x10’ is the largest size you can build without a permit. (The provincial 10’x16’ is for shed structures only).
