The timber frame pavilion is constructed with large 8″x8″ pine timbers and 1×12 pine roofing, custom made steel post anchors and asphalt shingles. Different sizes are available, please request a quote for the size you want. Stain is optional and is usually 20% of the cost of the project. Options include steel roofing, privacy walls, screens and serving bars.
